Shipping policy

Order processing: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping cost and times: We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders. Standard delivery typically takes 7-15 business days depending on your location. During peak seasons, delivery may take slightly longer.

Tracking: A tracking number is emailed to you when your order ships. Please allow 2-5 days for tracking information to update.

Wrong address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot redirect packages once they have shipped. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.

Lost or damaged items: If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, contact us at amir.rashidifar@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
